产品特色 :

1. INEX 发明的热辐射管是一种复合材料，其中碳化硅及金属硅各占百分之五十．其导热性是高温金属的三至四倍 .
2. INEX 管使用温度最高能达摄氏 1350 度，远高于金属管使用温度．
3. 1988 年生产的第一批 INEX 管，至今还再使用．
4. 价格与高温金属辐射管近似

热辐射管及保护管的用途 : 用于热处理工业

能使用于:

Annealing 回火炉
Carburizing 碳化炉
Carbide Solution Treating
Neutral Hardening
Carbo-Nitriding 碳氮化
Ferriticnitrocarburizing

能够使用的炉气氛 (Furnace Atmospheres have included):

Carbon Enriched Gasses 高含碳量气体
Ammonia Enriched Gasses 氨气
Nitrogen 氮气
Endothermic (both lean and rich)
Mixed Endothermic/Ammonia (50/50)

金属热辐射管的缺点有好几项 :

耐腐蚀性及耐氧化性太差
耐高温蠕变性也太差 . 上图显示，在同样温度及环境下, 右边金属合金管严重变形．
使用温度较低，一般不超过摄氏 1100 度．

其它陶瓷热辐射管的缺点:

上图显示热震汤实验结果；莫来管 (Mullite) 只经一个周期，就已破碎，而 INEX 管经多次快速冷热起伏，还是安然无恙．

热震汤测试实验细节 (Severe Thermal Shock Test for INEX tubes )

   2.加热量 (Input): 150,000 BTU/hr
   3.总共冷热次数(Total Cycle): 5 周期
   4.平均加热速率 (Average Heat Rate) : 每分钟摄氏 89度 ( 160oF/min )
   5.平均冷却速率 : 每分钟摄氏 142度 ( 256oF/min )
